Kopenhagen/Kastellet (zu deutsch: Kastell)

Der Bau dieser Festungsanlage in Kopenhagen, hat die Form eines fünfzackigen Sternes. Es wird wohl noch durch das Militär genutzt, aber es dient zeitgleich auch als Ausflugsziel. König Christian IV hat diesen Bau 1626 in Auftrag gegeben. Fertiggestellt wurde die Anlage allerdings erst  1648 nach König Christians Tod unter seinem Nachfolger Frederick III.

The construction of this fortification in Copenhagen has the shape of a five-pointed star. It is probably still used by the military, but it also serves as a destination at the same time. King Christian IV commissioned this construction in 1626. However, the complex was not completed until 1648 after King Christian's death under his successor Frederick III.
