Ich musste diese Pflanze erst einmal mit meiner "Naturbestimmung" App bestimmen, da ich Null Ahnung hatte, um welche Pflanze es sich hier handelt. Ich fand diese kleinen "Glöckchen" so bezaubernd. Nun weiß ich, dass es sich hier im eine japanische Andromeda (Pieris Japonica) handelt. Schattenglöckchen wird sie auch noch genannt! Das ist ein immergrüner Strauch, der zur Familie der Heidekrautgewächse gehört. Die Pflanze stammt aus dem feuchten Unterholz der japanischen Bergwälder und ihre Maiglöckchen artigen Blüten halten im Frühling wochenlang. 

I first had to identify this plant with my "nature determination" app because I had no idea which plant it was. I found these little "bells" so adorable. Now I know that this is a Japanese Andromeda (Pieris Japonica). She is also called the shadow bell! This is an evergreen shrub that belongs to the heather family. Native to the damp undergrowth of Japanese mountain forests, the plant's lily-of-the-valley-like flowers last for weeks in spring.
